Can I use instant coffee instead of espresso?
The recipe says 1 / 4 cup of espresso, but all I have is coffee instantaneous. How much instant coffee will be about 1 / 4 cup of espresso.
Yes, I've done many times. 1 / 4 cup of water then depends on how much coffee flavor you want and what you're doing. I've used it for cookies and mousse. So a teaspoon and a tablespoon light + For more flavor.
