Hot chocolate made with Keurig Brewer is watering?

We have a Keurig B40 Gourmet Single Cup Home Brewing System, and makes very good coffee and tea strong. But when we use packets of hot chocolate, hot chocolate tastes very dilute, and not just the chocolately flavor. Is this normal? Are we doing something wrong or is a different setting for the hot chocolate that we lack? Thanks for your help, we thank you.

Make sure you have set your Keurig for the cup size of 8 oz (aka 7.25 oz). Most people keep their Keurig Cup set for 10 oz which is a cup size. Also, be sure to shake K-Cup before inserting it into the K-Cup slot. By the way … The place I work at sells Gloria Jean's and Green Mountain hot cocoa K-Cups. We sell much more than the Green Mountain K-Cups Gloria Jean we do. So I'm assuming Green Mountain has a more pronounced flavor. K-Cup hot cocoa are also performed by Bellaccino. But for some reason, not in existence. Timothy also makes hot cocoa K-cups, white cocoa.
