We all love our favorite coffee, latte or cappuccino and the choice and quality has improved greatly over the years, but what you try something a little different?
In order to make your own specialty coffee drink or unusual for his production in his establishment of restoration is needed additional ingredients.
In addition to your espresso beans, sugar, milk and chocolate dustings used to make the most standard coffee drinks you will to buy a source of cherries, almonds, hazelnuts, whipped cream and cinnamon. These will probably be sufficient for most recipes and of course, not all are needed for each recipe.
The final ingredients however are flavored syrups. These special syrup flavors are available in good retail coffee or can be ordered through the Internet quite easily. If you run your own establishment then your usual coffee supplier actions and probably can deliver these items with your application's coffee habit.
There are several brands of flavored syrups available depending on what country you are, but my personal favorite particular, are the 1883 Philibert Routin brand from France. The most common flavored syrups are vanilla, chocolate, amaretto, cinnamon, caramel, Irish cream and hazelnut, but more exotic and unusual flavors are available for more elaborate recipes.
Why not start with a couple of flavors and create a collection as getting to know and experiment with different recipes.
There are many recipes freely available on the Internet that you can try and experiment and perhaps the design of your own!
For starters here are a couple you may want to try.
We suppose that you own espresso machine with steam pipe and are familiar with steam and foam milk.
Mochanilla
Ingredients:
16 ml of chocolate syrup
16 ml vanilla syrup
1 shot of espresso
6 oz (180 ml) cold milk
Whipped cream
Cocoa powder
Method:
Mix the two syrups and milk a pitcher. Steam foam the mixture. Pour the coffee into a 12-ounce (250 ml) glass, and add the steamed milk mixture. Add the whipped cream and decorate the surface with a little cocoa powder.
Bistro de Paris
Ingredients:
8 ml hazelnut syrup
Double shot espresso
Whipped cream
Shaved hazelnut
Method:
In a 6 oz (180 ml) add hazelnut syrup. Add a double shot of espresso and stir. Cover with cream hazelnuts and garnish with whipped shaving.
Try to do at home for a delicious change or offer them in their own catering establishment as a solution Alternatively – you may be surprised at how popular it will become.
