The words "Gourmet Coffee" are in conversation more often these days. Is there any substance to it or is just a term of some elite coffee snobs have gone? What makes a coffee "gourmet" and who decides this? This article seeks to sift through advertising and make some things clear.

Looks like a million ways to make coffee these days, dark roast, light roast, espresso (and all its derivatives), coffee with cream and sugar or just black.
