I use a thermal carafe in my coffee instead of a crown is this possible?
I have a Maker Cuisinart Brew Central 12-cup coffee and only maintained for 2 hours of beer. Some days my husband wakes up 4 hours before me and I stay with cold coffee. I have a jar and saw that Cuisinart makes coffee makers come with a thermal carafe. Is it possible to buy a replacement carafe for that model and use it with my coffee (which has the hot plate at the base)? Or am I better to buy just a thermal carafe to keep it separate pour in hot coffee? Any suggestion on a good brand? Thank you!
My coffee just a hoarse voice, so I pulled, and followed the thermal carafe. Cheapo I bought a new one for 9.99, with only a glass jar until you can decide what I want. When I make coffee in the glass jar, I pour boiling water into the thermal carafe, and let sit for five minutes to get the hot pitcher, then pour the coffee anytime soon, because coffee stop sitting on the hot plate to keep warm for 15 minutes until ruins of the taste. You only need to search Google for your brand of coffee, and see if you can get a replacement thermal carafe. For now, you should tell her husband just enough to win him and let him do his own later. I would not want a coffee to keep warm just 30 minutes in the heating plate. Yuck!
