Coffee is a complex and delicious drink, but how much do you know about your cup of coffee?
First, Java itself is actually a fruit, and grows like a seed inside a cherry. Coffee trees produce coffee cherries or coffee, and turn bright red when ripe. Each cherry contains two coffee beans, which will be removed from the cherry when harvesting coffee beans. Within the process of harvesting, the beans are fermented, similar to making a good wine. However, the end result is very different taste of wine. At harvest, the beans are separated from the fruit, and fermentation used to break the skin of the fruit covering the beans. If this outer layer is not eliminated, directly affect the flavor of the coffee beans for the worst.
Coffee beans have different characteristics throughout the world in terms of where they are grown. This is another reason that coffee is like wine, because the climate and geography directly affect end product taste of coffee. Some other factors affecting the coffee beans are the type of soil, amount of rainfall, altitude, and the method of transformation.
In the same vein, the word "coffee" was used for wine. However, later word now used to describe black coffee made from berries of Java. This was something that was used in ancient religious ceremonies to keep the monks awake during prayer meetings all night, so given the same name as its wine.
Java contains caffeine, which is the reason that in reality is prohibited by the Olympic athletes. If an athlete tests positive for a certain amount of caffeine, which have the potential to be banned in the Olympics. This amount is equivalent to 5 cups of Joe, which means that the Olympic athletes certainly need to moderate their consumption of coffee a day to stay in the game.

What many coffee lovers do not know is that espresso actually has less caffeine than a regular cup of Joe. An ideal shot of espresso is prepared in 25 seconds, but coffee takes longer to develop beer. This is why Java has more caffeine than espresso, because the coffee grounds are in contact with the water for longer in the process brewing.
Finally, Japan is now the third largest consumer of coffee country. Japan used to be a culture of drink tea, but coffee's popularity is spreading worldwide. The Japanese who regularly drink coffee and even used to treat the body by bathing in the grains of coffee that are fermented with pineapple pulp.
