How many pounds I shed with green tea weekly or monthly?
I heard that was really good to have three cups of green tea a day, because it burns a considerable amount of calories. I wonder how many pounds lost in the way suggested taking weekly or monthly, and for how long I still drink it if I lose 10 pounds? I work out and watch my caloric intake. I'm 18 and 125 pounds.
