When I was little, my mom always prepared delicious coffee very early in the morning. My dad, my brother and I used to wake up a smell that was pleasant and stimulating and you knew it was time to get up to begin the new day. I could not wait to start the day, knowing that the first order of business was that the coffee great mom used to make a sock in the pot, healthy milk and fresh ground coffee beans … the old fashion way.
Sitting at the table breakfast waiting for my dad saying the blessing, aroma steam pipe of a good coffee is filtered through the house.
