Coffee Maker

The cafe has its own language. Some terms often used are:

Sparkling Auto: Used to automatically froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes

Automatic drip coffee: a machine used to heat the water automatically and filter through coffee.

Espresso Machine and coffee as its name says it's an espresso machine having controllable, programmable coffee dosing.

Bean to cup: Machines with bean to cup usually have the ability to do everything from grinding the beans to fill a cup with coffee.

Boiler: The machine vapor inside a coffee. These large boilers are usually more powerful and produce more hot water for drinks.

Heater Element: An element that heats the boilers espresso coffee machines.

Cappuccino: A drink made of Italian espresso.

Cup Warmer: Here the crowns are placed by heating. It is a metal part on top of the espresso maker.

Dosage: is the amount of grams or brewed coffee by the cup.

Drip Tray: is the manufacturer of espresso in the coffee cup is for filling.

Espresso: this is a rich black coffee with brown Italian preceded special.

Basket Filter: A filter made of metal where grounds are placed for brewing.

Filtering Method: The process of separation of coffee water.

French Press: A cylindrical coffee in which ground coffee is steeped in then filtered. Coffee grounds are pushed to the bottom of the pot with the plunger. The cafe is at the top of the pot.

Grind: the process of preparing coffee beans for coffee brewing is called grinding.

Group: The part of the espresso machine used to prepare the coffee.

Mango Group: Portion of espresso coffee maker used to maintain the filter basket entering the coffee grounds.

Heat exchanger: aid for heating water for coffee without taking water from the boiler.

Hopper: This is the part that contains grinder coffee beans.

Knock-out Box: This is a container used to remove the used coffee grounds in the group handle.

Latte: A drink that coffee is prepared by mixing a quarter, three quarters of steamed milk, hot, with little foam.

Mocha: This is the term used to describe a hot drink made of espresso, chocolate and milk.

Moka Pot: Classic Italian espresso maker used in the top of the stove.

Debugger: A type of coffee machine that water runs continuously through the coffee grounds to make coffee.

Pour / For Speed / Pour Hour: Defined as the amount of time necessary to serve the coffee in the cup of the group. Must be 25 to 30 seconds for espresso.

Pump: This is the device that moves water through the coffee.

Semi-automatic espresso machine and coffee machine without pre-established capacity administration.

Steam Arm / Wand: metal tube delivering steam to froth milk.

Super Automatic Espresso Machine and Coffee: the process of brewing coffee bean to cup of freshly brewed coffee, plus other features such as a water filter is being administered automatically by the machine.

Compacting: The process of pressing ground coffee into the filter basket.

Coffee Vacuum: vacuum machine using the process of making coffee.

Traditional espresso maker: a traditional way of preparing coffee without using bean to cup automated model.

Water Filter: filters dirty water better tasting coffee.

Water Supply: nozzle used to dispense water boiler of the machine.

Water Softener: This is a must have for anyone using hard water as it filters lime and mineral water, preventing accumulation of scales in the brewer.
