What is a panini grill? This is an indoor electric grill is also known as a Panini press. It is used to make Panini sandwiches. Someone knows why the Italian word for sandwiches so bad killed in America? Here the word is treated as a singular form, so people called for "a panini "in restaurants, or talking about the" great paninis "he had somewhere. I also love panini sandwiches. What I do is that I had bought a pot on sale with lines on it (looks like a grill). Then use something heavy (I use a pot with water so it has weight), put a paper towel on the sandwich and the boiler at the top. Turn around and do the same. Works great!
